With a pressing capacity of up to 1,300 tonnes and a maximum working width of 12 metres, we can manage an extensive range of materials and dimensions with precision and efficiency. Whether crafting intricate bends in thin aluminum sheets or forming durable components from heavy-gauge mild steel, our advanced brake pressing solutions deliver exceptional versatility, accuracy, and reliability.
Advanced capability
Our heavy duty brake press is 5 metres in length, capable of pressing extremely thick plate with a pressing force of 1000 tonnes.
For larger projects, we utilise our largest press with a combined capacity of 1,300 tonnes and a maximum length of 12 metres. This enables us to form heavy-gauge steel up to 50mm thick, delivering components that meet the demands of industrial and structural applications.
