Cut and Drilled Ready for Assembly
Our drilling services deliver precision and efficiency. They include tapping, countersinking, counterboring and bevelling for a wide range of materials. We create perfectly round holes with tight tolerances, ensuring every piece is ready for immediate assembly in specialist projects.
Our equipment can drill steel plates up to 60mm thick and handles hole sizes ranging from 3mm to 75mm in diameter, including standard and plow bolt countersinking for optimal results. Powered by a Cat 50 spindle with 24 tool stations, our advanced drilling machine can quickly drill a 75mm diameter hole through a 60mm thick steel plate.
